Sanistrel Incontinence Pad Macerator
Designed to dispose of sanitary towels by macerating and flushing them into the main sewerage system and designed for use in airports, schools, factories, offices and public toilets.
Several versions are available, including, surface mounted, wall recessed and double entry models, suitable for party wall applications.
The unit requires electrical, water and waste connections.
Size:
355 x 208 x 690mm for F8001 wall mounted, white fascia, single entry.
355 x 208 x 1100mm for F8002 floor standing, stainless steel fascia, single entry.
355 x 208 x 1100mm for F8003 floor standing, white fascia, double entry with wall trims
355 x 208 x 1100mm for F8004 floor standing, stainless steel fascia, double entry with wall trims.
Fascias and trims are manufactured from 0.7mm thick, grade 304 stainless steel with a brush polished finish. Casings, white fascia and trims are manufactured from epoxy powder coated galvanised steel.

Overload protection: Auto-reset thermatrip.
Electric loading: 5.1A Fuse rating 13Amp.
Electrical connection: 13A rated cable from fused isolator.
Operating cycle: 90 seconds.
Water feed connection: 15mm copper pipe from stopcock.
Water input control: Automatic via solenoid valve fitted with flow regulator and filter.
Water pressure: 1.0-10 bar.
Water consumption: 9-12 litres per cycle.
Waste: 54mm pipe connected to universal ‘P’ and ‘S’ trap mounted within the casing (minimum fall 1 in 15).

Water feed connection: 22mm copper pipe from mains or stored water.
Water input control: Automatic via solenoid valve fitted.
Water pressure: 0.15-8.3 bar.
Water consumption: 36 litres per cycle.
Waste: 50mm BSP threaded flange for connection to 54mm pipe and trap (minimum fall 1 in 7).
