Universal Prison Unit
A combined WC & hand wash basin unit, designed for use in prisons, magistrates court cells, airport and seaport custody suites, armed services establishments and other high security areas.
Size: 817 x 627 x 1020mm high.
The all welded units are manufactured from 2.0mm thick grade 304 stainless steel with a brush polished finish.
The units are designed for installation to a duct wall to ensure all pipe work is concealed, with fixing is by means of a removable frame, located into the rear of the main body and is retained using security fixing screws.
The position of the WC can be either left or right side or centrally located. A centre water outlet can be provided for connection to a pre-mixed water supply and a direct flushing valve for the WC.
A fully welded flush, grated waste outlet can be fitted to the washbowl.
The unit is available complete with recessed toilet roll holder and towel holder.

The all welded units are manufactured from 1.5mm thick grade 304 stainless steel with a brush polished finish.
The unit is designed for installation to a duct wall to ensure all pipe work is concealed and fixed to the wall using Rawlbolts or similar. It is supplied with two removable access panels held in place with security screws. Additional fixing lugs are supplied on the base of the WC for added strength.
The position of the WC can be either left or right side of the unit. An integral cistern is fitted within the unit which is fed from a tank supply and is operated with a push button situated on the top of the unit. A recessed toilet roll holder is provided.
An alternative direct flushing valve for the WC can also be supplied.
The washbowl is fitted with a 32mm captive waste outlet and security style overflow.

Inset Hopper Whirl-a-Waste
Available with two motor sizes; 0.75hp and 1.5hp, the Inset Hopper models are designed for welding into dish wash tables.
The waste disposal capacity ranges from 100-200kg/hr.
The hopper can be rotated to provide left, right or font feeding and the standard hopper switch can be converted to a wall mounted remote on/off switch with control box F4001. A magnetic cutlery saver is fitted as standard.

Cabinet Whirl-a-Waste
Available in motor sizes of 1.5, 3 and 5hp.
Designed for locations where water spray cleaning is used, or where centrally located units are required, the Cabinet Whirl-a-Waste gives all round protection.
The unit is specifically designed for areas where large volumes of meat bones and un-cooked vegetable waste are to be disposed and capacity ranges from 500-900 kg/hr depending on choice of motor.
The stainless steel cabinet incorporates a removable front panel for access and the unit incorporates an automatic ‘afterflush’ which operates after the machine has been switched off.
A magnetic cutlery saver is fitted as standard.

Fish Display Units
Available in small and large versions, the rear of the unit has a cutting board and waste chute with a paper towel bin. The unit also features a washing bowl complete with taps and separate spray, a cutting block and knife holder.
The display element is supplied with Perspex sides and a scales table is provided with electrical connections, a waterproof socket and retractable cable.
